I Opened a Beta Signup With One Page and No Idea Who Would Show Up

On September 14 I opened a signup page for the beta. It's a /subscribe page and a small function that adds people to the FamilyOrganization group in Sender.net. A phone number is only sent along with explicit text-message consent, and the function never logs or returns anyone's email or phone number.

It took 17 commits that day. I made first and last name required, then turned the page into a beta signup that asks what TV and phone you have, and put it on the front page as a coming-soon page. This is what it grew into.

Built on September 14, 2026 (commit a8b2798). Written up on October 2, 2026 from my commit history.
