September 26: every page is real HTML.

On September 26 I made every page of the site a real HTML page. It had been a single-page app where every address answered 200, every page had the same title and description, and crawlers that don't run JavaScript, which includes most AI search engines, saw an empty page.
Now one list of pages drives the router, the build, the sitemap and the tests. Each page is rendered at build time with its own title and description, and the build writes a 404 page, a sitemap and an llms.txt file. Pages like sign-in only get a noindex tag. Here's what the site covers.
Built on September 26, 2026 (commit 118d10e). Written up on October 2, 2026 from my commit history.
