On August 10 I built a server that lets Claude and ChatGPT answer questions about a household's own data. It runs two ways: locally for me, and remotely as a public server that holds no master key. Each request carries the signed-in person's own token, so the database's rules decide what they can see.
The website got a sign-in page, a consent screen that says plainly it grants read and write access, and a page to disconnect an assistant. It's 49 files and about 6,400 lines.
It isn't open to families yet; the connector is in development. AI is not involved in our app unless you'd like it to be.
Built on August 10, 2026 (commit bf6e587). Written up on October 2, 2026 from my commit history.
