I Taught the TV to Tell My Kids When to Leave the House

August 3: the leave-by countdown starts.

On August 3 I changed how the TV decides when to leave. Leaving is now the event's start time minus its travel time, and the get-ready time sits in front of that, so the timeline reads get ready, travel, then the appointment.

The example I tested was a soccer practice, 90 minutes long, with 30 minutes of travel and 60 minutes of getting ready, using mock data. That puts getting ready at 12:30, leaving at 1:30 and the start at 2:00 PM. Travel is drawn as a translucent red wash so it never looks like an appointment.

This is where the leave-by countdown started.
